As you may suspect, my real estate financing career began in 2002 as a loan officer for a company here in Phoenix, Arizona named Sofin Mortgage. Within a short time I advanced to Jr VP and managed an office in Mesa, Arizona. Then in June of 2004 I was given the opportunity to own and manage a "Net Branch" for Guild Mortgage Company again in Phoenix, Arizona. This continued until a growth opportunity was offered to me and I began working with Primary Residential Mortgage in Phoenix, Arizona where I am today helping people get the best possible mortgage loan for their situation to buy or refinance real estate. My years of experience has given me the opportunity to be involved with over 2000 mortgage loans; where I learned how to help people like you and I get the best possible loan at the best possible interest rate to buy or refinance real estate.

I can do these mortgage loans in all Arizona Counties like Maricopa, Mohave, La Paz, Yuma, Coconino, Yavapai, Pima, Santa Cruz, Pinal, Gila, Navajo, Apache, Greenlee, Graham and Cochise county.
Veterans Administration: VA mortgage loans for all veterans with up to 100% mortgage financing of up to $417,000 purchase price and up to 6% seller paid closing costs.

On a personal note, I was born in Arizona and joined the US Army in May of 1976 honorably discharged in Dec. 1982 in Massachusetts where I attended college. In 1989 I came back to Arizona and married my wife Angie. during the last 20 years we have been blessed with 6 awesome kids, 4 girls and 2 boys. Besides mortgage financing I enjoy volunteering at church and caamping with the family up at Big Lake, Arizona.
